Get to Know Our Leadership

Dale Leader and Sandy Heller – the “da” and “san” in Dasan – met as teammates in an ice hockey league. That chance meeting soon led to a business partnership as they began flipping houses. Dasan Building Group was born!


Starting out as multi-family renovation and maintenance specialists, they soon evolved into residential building and remodeling, and now Dasan encompasses all areas of construction.


Unlike some companies who have an “every man for himself” approach, Dale and Sandy have instilled a team mentality which permeates Dasan Building Group, creating trust and reliability which extends to every project.

Dale Leader

The son of a woodworker, much of Dale’s childhood was spent working on repair projects in his family’s old Victorian house.


After graduating from Tyler School of Art and receiving professional training as a glass artist and sculptor, Dale spent 10 years traveling around the world, in addition to selling his work in galleries and exhibitions throughout the country.


Dale now focuses on the operations side of Dasan Building Group while providing an artistic sensibility and aesthetic that most companies can’t bring to the table.

Sandy Heller

Customers and vendors know Sandy. He is the one ensuring that projects are on time, that they conform to local building codes and stay under budget.


At an early age, Sandy gained valuable experience in the family automotive business and utilized his knowledge and experience to flipping houses. Sandy’s father taught him that hard work pays dividends. That hard work, along with hands-on experience, is applied to every Dasan project, whether big or small.


Sandy views every satisfied customer as a victory for Dasan.
